Online gambling site, PlayersOnly, is getting ready to celebrate the re-launch of its website by sponsoring a celebrity fundraiser at the Playboy Mansion in Beverly Hills.
All VIP players at PlayersOnly will attend the event which includes a $1000 dinner on September 8, 2007.Hosting the event is Playboy Magazine’s “Babe of the Month”, Carrie Stroup.
One lucky PlayerOnly player will win a $10,000 prize package which includes travel, accommodation and two tickets to the fundraising event. Players will be entered into a random draw when they make a $100 deposit between now and Saturday, with only one entry per player.
The Playboy Mansion will host the annual Players Toast Awards that recognize high profile individuals who have accomplished great tasks in their careers without forgetting about their roots. Hosts for the evening include hip-hop artist Ice-T and his wife, model Nicole Austin, and awards will be presented by Elizabeth Taylor, Oprah Winfrey, Jay Z, P. Diddy and Magic Johnson.
Manager of PlayersOnly, David Anderson, said, “We only have a few tickets for this event this time. Not like the party we did in Vegas last month where we could invite hundreds of players. I don’t even get to go myself this time-we can just send a few lucky tournament winners and some of our VIP players.”
Proceeds from the event will benefit The Art of Elysium, a foundation that helps artists who volunteer their time and talent to benefit children battling serious medical conditions.
