Online gambling group, CentreBet International, is pleased to announce the launch of its fully operational mobile betting site.
The new site has been in development and planning over the past year with UK mobile technology provider Mfuse, and was finalized after it converted to the Orbis OpenBet wagering platform.
The mobile service was tested during Australia’s Spring Racing Festival and received rave reviews.CentreBet then stated that the site should increase betting turnover and broaden its customer base.
Managing Director for CentreBet, Con Kafataris, said, “We foresee a sizeable revenue improvement over time as a result of the product’s portability and accessibility and also as a flow-on from increased acceptance by consumers of other java-based mobile products.”
“We are confident that convenience and ease of use are plus factors that will excite punters as well as appeal to sports fans who just want to view odds as part of the sporting experience,” he added.
“Certainly our research shows that the service will be seen as attractive to regular on-line clients on the strength of them being able to make bets both at and away from the computer. The service provides a full complement of bet types meaning it is geared to meeting the demands of the broadest possible range of racing, sports and general entertainment wagering fans,” he concluded.
CentreBet began its gaming services in 1992, and has grown to become a leading international online betting and gaming company which offers over 4,000 sports and horse racing markets per week, plus a growing list of state-of-the-art gaming products.
