Online gambling company, Bowman Holdings, has announced its partnership with Mobile Gaming Solutions, an interactive gaming company providing betting and casino games via mobile handsets.
Both companies signed a partnership agreement on August 10, 2007; however, they are still awaiting final approval from Mobile Gaming Solutions shareholders.
The deal will see Mobile Gaming Solutions gain access to Bowman Holding’s international gaming presence in markets such as Asia, Europe and South Africa to leading poker, casino and bookmaking clients.
CEO of Mobile Gaming Solutions, Juha Kiikeri, said, “Both companies are set to benefit significantly from this transaction and not just on the balance sheet. Bowman Holdings operating as a licensed provider of online gaming solutions compliments out business profile perfectly, whilst at the same time we are able to position ourselves in the industry as an integrated ‘one stop shop’ provider for both online and mobile gaming solutions.”
Bowman Holdings is a leading pioneer of online gaming. The company with offices in the Isle of Man, Curacao and Mauritius, sold Bowmans.com to Bet365 in December 2006 and recently re-launched under the brand Hansa Gaming.
