The next International Gaming Awards will be held in 2012 in London, England. The International Gaming Awards is like the equivalent of the Oscars for the gambling industry, awarding excellence in the field of gambling, from land based as well as online casino operations.
This will be the fifth year in its running, and every year, the event is even more successful than the one before it. The official event will be held on January 23, 2012 at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel. Gambling industry professionals from around the world will fly in for this exclusive event, and also take the opportunity to network with fellow attendees.
As wonderful as it is, just as an awards event and networking opportunity, the International Gaming Awards will also be a charitable event. That night, the International Gaming Awards will be raising awareness for two charities, CARE International and Children with Leukaemia. The cost of each seat is $300, or $2700 for a table of 10.
Nominations are currently being accepted, and the deadline is coming up very soon in October. Judges will determine who best represents all of the awards, and it’s going to be tough job, especially with the stiff competition for all categories.
