Casino du Quebec’s group of casinos namely, Casino du Lac-Leamy, Casino de Charlevoix, Casino de Mont-Tremblant and Casino de Montreal, will soon be offering Interblock Diamond Play Stations in their respective “social casino inside a casino” gaming space called La Zone. Made possible through a 5-year agreement that Casino du Quebec signed with US-based luxury gaming solutions manufacturer Elektroncek d.d. for its Interblock brand of luxury gaming products.
The deal covers the installation in the La Zone multi game space of the four Casino du Quebec casinos, an assortment of 170 Interblock Diamond Play Stations featuring a mix of Diamond blackjack games. Aimed at enhancing gaming experience at the highly interactive social casino spaces, the Diamond Play Stations are available day and night, for single or multi-player gaming.
La Zone patrons will be able to play an assortment of automated virtual or live games on their own, or as a group during the festive gaming atmosphere at night, or during a more relaxed environment during the day.
As the La Zone social casino gaming space is designed to be fully interactive, La Zone customers can view the ongoing live games and the results via giant screens, while La Zone hosts and DJs help create an immersive and celebratory social gaming experience.
John Connelly, the new global Chief Executive Officer at Interblock announced that they are very excited about the transformational deal forged with visionary operator Casino du Quebec. Mr. Connelly, who used to be the SVP of Business Development at Bally Technologies, describes the Interblock luxury electronic table games as inherently social. According to the Interblock CEO, the luxury machines have the ability to get across demographic thresholds, a trait rarely seen within the casino gaming industry.
About the Interblock Diamond Play Stations
The Interblock Diamond technologies are play stations that come complete with single-player and multi=player Diamond blackjack games and even other available games. A play station’s touch-sensitive LCD screen, displays the playing activities and the winning hands, including the wagers placed and the betting results. While seated at individual Play Stations, players can add credits as well as receive winnings in ticket form or even in currency when printed tickets are unavailable.
The user interface makes use of colorful animation that makes it easy for players to engage in multiple games without need to transfer to another machine.
