Located at the Grey Rock Entertainment Centre in Brunswick, Canada, the casino is all set to open its doors to the Canadian public on March 01, 2015 and subsequently thereafter from 10 a.m. up to 2:30 a.m. daily.

Also included as part of the casino gaming deal is the integration of IGT’s Tournament Manager and Service Window, an in-screen portal that enables Grey Rock Casino to deliver targeted customer messaging and to provide customers with a personalized communication system for accessing casino offers, rewards, related services, and other products.

Grey Rock Entertainment and Casino Owner John Bernard, remarked that their vision is to create and bring the most up to date casino gaming experience in the New Brunswick area, with IGT’s games and systems serving as the backbone of such vision. Mr. Bernard is well aware of IGT’s renowned reputation for delivering excellent products and for compiling the most remarkable game library in the world. He added that in order to succeed in making the Grey Rock Entertainment and Casino Centre an excellent destination, it is vital that they collaborate with world-class providers like IGT.

The Grey Rock Entertainment Centre is a 70-acre commercial complex that is part of the Madawaska Maliseet First Nation’s Grey Rock Power Centre project. It is strategically located along the Trans-Canada Highway near Edmundston City in N.B. The centre has been granted permission by the New Brunswick Lotteries and Gaming Corp. to initially operate with 100 electronic gaming machines (EGM) and subsequently up to 200 EGM units.

David Flinn, the Executive Director and General Manager at IGT Canada commented that they are very proud to have sealed a partnership deal in which they will leverage their experience and library of games to help Grey Rock build the most stimulating gaming destination in the area.  He added that by taking on both IGT slot games and casino management systems, Grey Rock has the tools needed in operating a stylish casino business that comes with flexibility for developing greater excitement to patrons, across the casino gaming floor.

After all, a full IGT Advantage provides the most complete suite of gaming solutions for managing a casino gaming floor, designed not only to attract but also to retain customers in order to improve considerably, a business’ net revenue. The IGT Advantage works in conjunction with the IGT sbX, a rapid but cost-efficient server-based gaming system for maintaining the latest and most exciting gaming floor experience.

The sbX Analytics, on the other hand, is an analysis tool based on the GSA’s Game-to-System (G2S) data, aimed at providing comprehensive information about machine performance. It gives instant and easy access to performance figures on an hourly basis, demonstrating changes in player behavior during the day and delivering details that casino operators could use for making plausible real time decisions for their gaming floor.
